This role is responsible for managing the Go to Market managers, leading major launches, and accountable for successful planning structuring and execution of these programs.

The Team Leader, Go to Market is responsible to lead and manage the end to end Go-to-Market market framework and roadmap across the business to ensure alignment between demand sponsors and delivery teams, from idea generation to ongoing performance review. From time to time you will own and lead the delivery of significant Marketing programmes, e.g. the launch handsets, key product developments and key marketing projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Go to Market (GTM) team, providing operational and programme leadership
  • Ensure that individual GTM managers are delivering their programmes of work in an integrated way that leverages all appropriate customer touch points
  • Ensure that any GTM activity has a plan is appropriately resourced and effectively managed and delivered end-to-end – to quality and time
  • Work collaboratively with the product, promotions, or pricing teams and Project Managers to help them deliver on their roadmap
  • Communicate the end-to-end GTM plan to relevant business stakeholders
  • Engage with all the relevant stakeholders across marketing working with them on proposition development and delivery
  • Lead the Go to Market (GTM) team, providing operational and program leadership, to ensure the success of project sponsors and programs across the business
  • Ensure that individual GTM managers are delivering their programmes of work in an integrated way that leverages all appropriate customer touch points
  • Work collaboratively with business sponsors to help define and manage the Go to Market roadmap, as a result of understanding the strategic objectives that will support the Customer Service organisation whilst supporting the strategic objectives of VHA
  • Align the business behind the Go to Market roadmap and manage demand and delivery by identifying relevant delivery stakeholders and bringing them together to understand and define the scope of the Go to Market roadmap initiatives
  • Ensure that the Go to Market initiatives deliverables are reviewed to assure and improve quality and drive continuous improvement

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • Ability to manage teams and create a sense of teamwork by pulling together the different members of the programme teams who may be unrelated and dissimilar
  • Demonstrate a high level knowledge of Go to Market delivery process
  • Strong leadership and communication ability with a demonstrated ability to be pragmatic

  • Highly developed human relationship skills in the areas of leadership, team building, negotiation,
  • communication and conflict resolution
