- Hybrid working arrangement, mix of working from home and the office
The Lifecycle Marketing Executive – Home Internet is responsible for end-to-end delivery of high quality, data driven marketing campaigns that smooth out the bumps in the road for our home internet customers. Your goal is to keep customers feeling valued, reduce the chance they leave, and make it easy for them to get the best from their services whether that’s how to interpret their first bill, strategically place their modem to get a better signal or stay updated on any works that may affect their service.
You’ll work closely with experienced teammates in marketing, product, analytics, and customer care. Day‑to‑day, you’ll help set up and send campaigns, check they’re correct, learn what works, and share results. This is a hands‑on, learn‑by‑doing role where attention to detail, empathy for customers, and a positive “let’s fix it” mindset matter most.
