As Product Owner - Oracle ERP, you will be joining a group of customer obsessed, commercially minded team players who love to use data to identify opportunities to solve customer problems and drive incremental value. With a deep understanding of customer needs, commercial acumen and delivery best practices, you will deliver game-changing customer experiences as a market differentiator.
Manage the product roadmap and prioritisation of initiatives to drive customer and commercial value in line with the Tribe vision, product roadmap and OKRs.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and translate requirements into key artefacts such as opportunity canvas, user stories and service blueprints.
Develop and implement from a toolkit such as prioritisation matrices to validate the Desireability, Viability and Feasibility of features.
Partner with squad members across other squads to deliver against the product roadmap.
Provide informal leadership to a multi-disciplinary squad of technical experts, empowering the squad to problem solve collectively to achieve target outcomes.
Continuously measure product performance against OKRs such as tNPS, conversion/success rates, channel mix and customer penetration metrics.
Drive resolution via support teams for operational issues such as incident and defects that impacts product performance.
Knowledge and experience
Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced service industry or organisation that is highly complex with rapid change.
Good in-depth understanding of first tier ERP processes and modules; preferably Oracle eBusiness suite r12 (HCM, GL, AP, AR, CM, INV, PO, iProcurement, iStore, OM, SLA, and Tax modules).
Critical thinking and attention to detail to write user stories, and experience working within a multi-disciplinary delivery squad (engineers, UX, quality assurance, architects etc) to align and deliver on detailed requirements.
Proven experience of data driven decision making to achieve targets and KPIs
Creative problem solving with consideration across customer, people, process and system.
Customer-centric mindset, preferably with proven examples of human-centered thinking in practice.
