The Marketing Executive – mobile retention & upgrades is responsible for end-to-end delivery of high quality, data driven marketing campaigns to our loyal mobile customer base. Your goal is to keep customers feeling valued, reduce the chance they leave, and make it easy for them to get access to the latest handsets and wearables in market.

You’ll work closely with experienced teammates in marketing, product, analytics, and customer care. Day‑to‑day, you’ll help set up and send campaigns, check they’re correct, learn what works, and share results. This is a hands‑on, learn‑by‑doing role where attention to detail, empathy for customers, and a positive “let’s fix it” mindset matter most.

The focus is hands on delivery: briefing campaigns, optimising journeys, monitoring performance, and ensuring flawless execution across all outbound and inbound marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and deploy CLM campaigns across outbound (Email, SMS, Push), inbound (Pega), and digital channels.
  • Translate campaign briefs into actionable workflows, segmentation logic, offer sets, and creative requirements.
  • Manage end to end campaign processes including briefing, QA, approvals, deployment, and reporting.
  • Maintain and improve targeting logic within marketing automation platforms and decisioning systems.
  • Execute structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, channel, message, and offer combinations.
  • Work with creative, brand, and copy writing teams to ensure messaging is customer
  • centric, accurate, and aligned to brand voice.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in data driven marketing, CLM, digital marketing, or customer communications. University graduates with limited experience also welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven project management and campaign execution able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation systems and platforms such as Braze, Marketo or SAS 360.
  • Operational experience that includes working with campaign operations, data analytics, business intelligence, communications, and creative teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile approach and using Jira and Confluence are a plus.
