How will I help?

As a member of the Technical Support Centre you will be the primary point of contact across the Super Retail Group’s employee network. You will support, manage, review, implement and maintain the day to day operations of information technology across the business. Striving to achieve a first point fix across a broad spectrum of technologies, troubleshooting through to resolution, and contributing to the design and automation of IS processes.

You will be focused on Service Excellence, have a collaborative approach to achieving the required outcomes and willingness to support your team members through knowledge sharing to contribute to a learning culture and driving the team forward as the Information Technology landscape grows.

What do I need?

  • Along with your passion for all things technical, improving the customer experience and a drive for continuous service improvement, you will have:
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Microsoft Exchange / O365 Hybrid environment, on-boarding/off-boarding, troubleshooting and isolating problems within the environment
  • Working experience with ITIL framework and Major Incident Management
  • Ability to work under pressure with at times conflicting priorities.
  • Initiative and can work with minimal supervision contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement (and then working to make those improvements)
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2003-2016 and Azure AD including core services: AD, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, Sites/Services, DHCP, File/Print, DFS, Replication, Storage, Logging, WSUS etc.
