This is a newly established role that will support our Corporate Governance Senior Leadership Team based out of our Support offices in either Strathpine QLD, or Rhodes NSW.
About the position
The Corporate Governance Team Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Governance Senior Leadership Team members. Such support will include arranging meetings, updating records, handling mail (predominately electronic mail), drafting communication, monthly credit card reconciliation, payment of invoices for the team and making travel arrangements.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the effective and extensive diary management for the relevant Senior Leadership Team members, to facilitate the most effective use of their time
Use initiative for prioritisation of meetings, and make decisions regarding the appropriateness of accepting invitations
Organise, manage, plan and track meeting requests
Support and facilitate travel arrangements for the team
Ensure monthly reconciliation of corporate cards
Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person, in the absence of the Senior Leadership Team member
Develop and maintain processes to ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed and distributed on time and provide accurate information
To be successful in this role
You will come from a background within an administrative based position, coming from a Professional Services environement would be highly beneficial
You are solutions focused, and approach your daily work with enthusiasm and initiative
You will have intermediate to advance level proficiency with Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
You work with pace, but understand the importance of accuracy over speed
You have great time management, organisational and collaboration skills
