With our current Chief of Staff heading off on Parental leave in the New Year, we have the opportunity for someone to step into their position on a Fixed Term Contract through till the beginning of August 2021.

About the role

This position sits within the heart of our Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for driving our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team’s ways of working. Partnering with our ELT, you will focus on enabling their delivery of outcomes through short and long-term strategic agendas along with being a flexible strategic resource directly supporting the CEO providing oversight and guidance to our high impact initiatives and projects.

 Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and contributing to the operating rhythm of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Plan and chair the Executive Leadership Team meetings to a daily and monthly cadence
  • Ensuring execution on agreed strategic actions coming out of ELT meetings
  • Coordination and execution of the monthly Board Report
  • As representation of the Executive Office, provide strategic leadership and support to key initiatives and projects that have wide-reaching impact across our organisation
  • Influence and inspire the Executive Office towards a high-performing team culture

To be successful in this position

  • You will come from a strategic background with a strong understanding of operations and leadership structures
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex information and develop strategies and actions
  • Seasoned stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across varying levels
  • Experience and skills in the following areas would be highly advantageous; Strategic Planning, Change Management, Project Management, Communications, Stakeholder Relations, Research and Analysis
  • The ability to work at pace and be action orientated will be essential
