About the Role… Lead change, communications and stakeholder engagement for a key transformation stream, partnering with leaders and project teams to drive readiness, adoption and successful business outcomes.  

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shape the Change Journey - Develop and deliver integrated change, communication and engagement strategies that enable successful adoption across complex transformation initiatives.
  • Understand What Matters - Lead stakeholder, impact and readiness assessments to identify risks, resistance points and opportunities for successful change outcomes.
  • Partner for Success - Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Leaders and SMEs to align change activities with program milestones, priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Create Communications That Connect - Design and deliver compelling communications, leadership messaging, toolkits and presentations that inform, engage and inspire stakeholders.
  • Build Readiness & Capability - Drive business readiness activities, facilitate workshops and support leaders to confidently guide their teams through change.
  • Measure, Embed & Sustain - Monitor adoption and engagement, use insights to optimise outcomes, and support a smooth transition to business ownership while maintaining a positive employee experience.

What You'll Bring…

  • Lead Enterprise Transformation - Proven experience leading change and communications across large-scale business, technology and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Drive Complex Change - Experience supporting ERP, technology, process improvement and transformation initiatives through design, testing, deployment, adoption and stabilisation.
  • Influence & Engage Stakeholders - Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Assess Impact & Build Readiness - Skilled in conducting change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments to identify risks and enable successful adoption.
  • Integrate Change with Delivery - Demonstrated ability to align change activities with project roadmaps, governance frameworks, implementation schedules and business priorities.
  • Measure Success & Improve Outcomes - Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with experience using data and insights to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks and drive adoption.
  • Highly Regarded Experience - Experience with SAP, ERP modernisation, digital transformation, cloud migration, retail or FMCG environments, and exposure to merchandising, finance, supply chain or data-enabled business change.
