As Omni Conversion Analyst, you will develop and implement an engaging Omni experience for customers based on research, analytics and industry trends. Working closely with the Omni Conversion & Insights Manager and the UX/Analytics team to optimise the customer experience and drive conversion rates towards set goals whilst increasing sales and profitability across Omni Channels.
This is a great opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join our team, each day will bring something different and key responsibilities of the role will include:
Investigating and identifying Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance the customer experience
Provide regular insights reporting for wider business engagement, awareness and updates on progress in relation to key customer metrics.
Working closely with the UX designers to proactively utilise data to influence the CRO program strategy through generating hypotheses, development opportunities and action plans.
Identify areas of improvement to optimise customer experience and ensure the customer journey is consistent and fit for purpose
Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to execute analysis requests including performance and insights from trading activity.
To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:
Experience working with or within digital development/optimisation teams
Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge will be desirable
Understanding or experience with UX / CX design
Strong understanding of digital technologies as well as mobile consumer usage and shopping behaviours.
Excellent communications, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills
Strong Omni retail / e-Commerce experience
Experience with Google Analytics, Datastudio and Google Tag Manager
