We are excited to be bringing to market the opportunity to join our Solution Architecture team with a focus in Supply Chain and Warehousing on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based out of our Group Support Office in Strathpine, QLD.
About the position
You will be responsible for the architecture, design, standards, and overall integration of the Warehouse Management Systems’ landscape at Super Retail Group. This role will maintain an overarching view of the end-to-end multi system, enterprise-wide environment while designing solution components, infrastructure models, data flows, integration models and other supporting artefacts to progress SRG’s Information Systems capability.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain domain architectures including roadmaps, patterns, and standards, utilising both business and technical knowledge
Provide Architecture expertise / guidance to other IS colleagues within Value Streams and Squads
Own the overall design of solutions that strike the right balance between functionality, maintainability, and cost effectiveness
Understand agile software development life cycles and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems
Assist the Architecture team and agile squads with new initiative estimation and funding process
Ability to analyse solutions across technical boundaries
To be successful in this role
You come from a background in either Enterprise or Solution Architecture with demonstrated experience within Supply Chain
Experience with Architecture in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be advantageous, however experience within Supply Chain will be essential
You will have demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic roadmaps to deliver on future state
Experience in guiding development teams and influencing others in the adoption new architectures and concepts
Broad knowledge and experience with integration tools including Mulesoft, IBM IIB, SAP PI / PO.
Broad knowledge and experience of Warehouse Management Systems ideally in a Retail business. Experience and capabilities across multiple platforms including:
Core SAP Retail – specifically the logistics modules
Informatica Product 360 PIM solution,
Manhattan Warehouse Management system
Korber (HighJump) Warehouse Management system
Cloud data and analytics solutions (e.g. Snowflake).
