We are excited to be bringing to market the opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planning Compliance Reporting Analyst based out of our Group Support Centre Strathpine, Qld.
About the position
As the WFP Compliance Reporting Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the design, development and implementation of labour focused intelligence dashboards and reports.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Configure and maintain the WFP Compliance Reporting dashboards
Undertake analysis of compliance data to identify areas of risk and assessment of remediation activities
Undertake ad-hoc analysis to inform stakeholders on specific compliance queries
Ensure the WFP Compliance Reporting data is accurate and maintained
Provide insight to areas of workforce non-compliance risk
Partner with stakeholders to complete ad-hoc analysis investigating compliance trends and occurrences
To succeed in this role
You have a strong background in analysis and reporting, working with large data sets
Your professional experience comes from working in complex environments or organisations
You have functional experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau
Experience with Kronos or other Workforce Planning Systems would be advantageous
Knowledge of Workforce Compliance and interpreting Enterprise Agreements would be highly desired
You are adept at managing a range of both internal and external stakeholder relations including collaboration with and reporting into the Senior leadership team
