We are excited to be bringing to market the opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planning Compliance Reporting Analyst based out of our Group Support Centre Strathpine, Qld.

About the position

As the WFP Compliance Reporting Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the design, development and implementation of labour focused intelligence dashboards and reports.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Configure and maintain the WFP Compliance Reporting dashboards
  • Undertake analysis of compliance data to identify areas of risk and assessment of remediation activities
  • Undertake ad-hoc analysis to inform stakeholders on specific compliance queries
  • Ensure the WFP Compliance Reporting data is accurate and maintained
  • Provide insight to areas of workforce non-compliance risk
  • Partner with stakeholders to complete ad-hoc analysis investigating compliance trends and occurrences

To succeed in this role

  • You have a strong background in analysis and reporting, working with large data sets
  • Your professional experience comes from working in complex environments or organisations
  • You have functional experience with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience with Kronos or other Workforce Planning Systems would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Workforce Compliance and interpreting Enterprise Agreements would be highly desired
  • You are adept at managing a range of both internal and external stakeholder relations including collaboration with and reporting into the Senior leadership team
