Inventory Manager - Back of house

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Inventory Manager who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take charge. With strong retail experience and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll lead the back-of-house operations, keep stock in check, and bring serious planning, time management, and organisational skills to the floor.
Backed by a supportive Store Manager and a solid team, you’ll be set to hit the ground running and make stock magic happen!
- Full-time permanent on-going role
- Monday to Friday only – your weekends are all yours!

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management experience.
- Solid understanding of inventory control.
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- Skills in training and achieving results.
