Assistant Store Manager - rebel Carousel

We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, resilient Assistant Store Manager to join our fast-paced rebel store.

You’ll thrive juggling priorities, managing time like a pro, and leading a diverse team of 40+ with hands-on leadership. Visual merchandising experience is a bonus, but a sharp eye and willingness to learn go a long way.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Store Manager who coaches and mentors, no micromanaging here.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.   To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management experience 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
