We’re on the lookout for an experienced Store Manager to lead our high-performing team in Launceston, Tasmania!

Our newish store, opened late last year, is thriving, with an engaged crew and a strong service-driven culture. With our manager off to lead another store, it’s your chance to step into a fast-paced, hands-on role, where team building, structure, and clear communication are key.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management experience. 
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
