Our Assistant Store Managers (known internally as a Customer Service Manager) are champions of our people—leaders who set the pace on the shop floor and inspire their teams to deliver standout customer experiences in one of the busiest retail environments in Victoria. At Chadstone, you’ll be motivating, coaching and developing a vibrant team of 80 in a high‑volume, high‑traffic flagship store where service excellence is everything. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail leadership experience, or proven management experience in high‑volume environments with the confidence to step into big retail
• A proven ability to lead by example and a passion for training and team development
•  The ability to engage and relate to a diverse team, drive floor performance, maintain exceptional standards, and stay calm and confident under pressure
• Strength in visual merchandising, stock control, safety, security, and basic financial reporting to support success in this fast‑paced, competitive fashion‑focused environment
