You’ll be the front‑facing leader on the shop floor; coaching teams, driving customer metrics and KPIs, and ensuring the store is always ready for trade.

About the role
This is a front‑facing leadership role in a high‑volume, fast‑paced store, where strong floor presence, coaching capability and the ability to think on your feet are critical. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail or customer‑centric management experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar leaders from aligned industries that are fast paced and customer centric)
- The ability to lead by example and consistently deliver top‑tier customer service
- Experience leading large teams in high‑foot‑traffic environments
- A strong coaching mindset, with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop others
- Confidence in training teams, driving floor sales and achieving results
- Strong time management, delegation and communication skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead effectively through busy trade
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security
