Assistant Store Manager - rebel Carousel

rebel Carousel is looking for a hands‑on Assistant Store Manager ready to lead from the front.

This is a front‑of‑house leadership role in a large, high‑traffic store. With a diverse team of 40+ and constant customer flow, this role suits an Assistant Store Manager who leads through presence, clarity and consistent coaching.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll drive day‑to‑day results, continue lifting team capability and deliver standout customer experiences. This role is best suited to a resilient leader who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, coaches in the moment and brings structure, energy and accountability to the shop floor.

This role is ideal for an Assistant Store Manager looking to build the skills and experience needed to step into a future Store Manager role.

• A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.

• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
