About the opportunity :

oOh!media is seeking a talented Videographer & Motion Designer to create compelling video content that elevates our brand and products. Reporting to the Art Director - Brand, you will be a key player in bringing our vision to life through video, collaborating across the marketing team to produce assets for campaigns, social channels, events, and internal communications. This hands-on creative role is ideal for someone with strong technical video skills and a passion for storytelling, focusing on high-quality production that strengthens oOh!'s presence. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver engaging, on-brand video content supporting our strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities and experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content from concept to post-production, incorporating motion graphics, captions, and music as needed for campaigns, trade events, brand storytelling, and product launches.
- End-to-End Management: Plan, storyboard, and execute shoots on location or in-studio, managing lighting, sound, framing, and equipment setup.
- Cross-Platform Optimisation: Prepare videos tailored for various formats including screens, social media, internal platforms, and campaign channels.
- Creativity: Translate creative concepts into polished video assets that resonate with our audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and brand teams to align video content with campaign objectives and brand identity. Occasionally collaborate with other teams, such as internal communications, on video deliverables.
- Asset Management: Organise and archive footage and projects for efficient retrieval and reuse.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot video production gear, including cameras, lighting, audio, and related tools.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging formats, and video technologies to continuously enhance our storytelling approach.
- Live & Event Support: Assist with live filming or on-ground coverage for events and launches.
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of professional videography and editing experience in marketing, media, or related environments.
- Proficient with camera systems and production gear.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Experienced in motion graphics and animation.
- Strong storytelling ability with a creative eye, attention to detail, and the capacity to produce content efficiently and at scale.
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Good understanding of how video content engages audiences across digital, social, and live channels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly Desired: Photography experience.
Nice to Have:
- Basic 3D design skills.
- Knowledge of live-streaming or multi-camera event capture.
- Familiarity with brand marketing or media industry contexts.
