At oOh!, we’re shaping the future of Out of Home by making public spaces better and brands unmissable. As we continue to strengthen and elevate our product categories, we’re looking for a Product Specialist – Street & Rail to uplift capability, improve sales effectiveness, and ensure our teams are set up to succeed across one of our most dynamic formats.

In this internally focused role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Data & Insights, Marketing and Product Operations to champion product fundamentals, MOVE best practice, internal tools and product clarity across the organisation. You’ll be the go‑to expert for the Street & Rail portfolio — ensuring the product is understood, positioned effectively and applied consistently across the business.

If you love bringing clarity to complexity, supporting others to win, and being the trusted source of product expertise, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build internal capability by ensuring Sales understands Street & Rail fundamentals, best‑practice use cases and MOVE application
  • Develop and maintain product tools, playbooks, FAQs and training content
  • Provide day‑to‑day product support, including guidance on internal responses and briefs
  • Support training, workshops, and capability uplift across Sales teams
  • Assist in the internal rollout of product initiatives and GTM activity
  • Partner with key teams (Sales, Product Ops, Data, Marketing) to ensure aligned tools and messaging
  • Help drive understanding and adoption of systems such as MOVE and oOh! Plan

What You’ll Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a blend of analytical thinking, communication strength and a passion for helping others succeed. We’re looking for:

  • Around 5 years’ experience in media, product support, media sales or sales enablement (OOH advantageous)
  • Solid understanding of media planning and measurement
  • MOVE capability and confidence applying data to inform strong sales narratives
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills
  • High attention to detail, organisation and accuracy
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for internal audiences
  • A collaborative, pragmatic and delivery‑focused mindset
  • Comfort working within defined scope and structured processes
  • Proactive problem‑solving and willingness to identify and escalate risks early

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support

If you’re curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!

At oOh!, we celebrate diversity and strive for an inclusive environment. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and refugees.
