Cactus Imaging is the leading Grand Format printing company in Australia and is internationally recognised as one of the world’s leading digital printers. We are expanding our sales team and require a Business Development Manager/Sales Representative to join our vibrant team.
The role focuses on an existing patch of key long-term clients who require detailed Account Management with an eye for revenue growth. Whilst transactional, the role will require a dedicated relationship building element to facilitate additional revenue opportunities. Business relationships are a key driver in the success of Cactus Imaging, and building trust within your clients will be a major focus within this role. In due course, additional clients will be added to this client territory.
You will in this role but not limited to:
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon clients to assist in solution development, quoting and data entry as needed or as directed by management. as needed or as directed by management.
- Liaise with the internal Client Services department, installers, and media companies to ensure accurate finishing information is provided with each job.
- Grow client revenue within the designated client patch.
- Represent Cactus Imaging in a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrate genuine care and integrity in dealings with your clients.
About you:
- Experience developing and delivering targeted sales and growth strategies within a sales focused role.
- Proven Account Management experience within a sales focused industry.
- Commercial acumen with an eye for pricing, margin, and profitability.
- Experience within the signage, print or marketing industries.
- Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A genuine can-do attitude.
