As a Campaign Delivery Executive at oOh!media, you’ll be integral to achieving our vision to raise the bar in Out-of-Home and be recognised as the most elite media sales team in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and deliver advertising campaigns from start to finish with precision and flair
• Provide accurate, timely updates to internal sales teams and external clients
• Test and schedule both static and digital creative assets
• Organise printing and installation logistics for campaign materials
• Accurately enter and manage campaign data across multiple platforms
• Liaise with stakeholders across the business to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless delivery

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities. You’ll bring:

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
• A proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• A collaborative spirit with a “can-do” attitude
• Confidence using MS Office; experience with advertising platforms is a bonus
• Prior exposure to media or Out-of-Home is great—but not essential. We’ll support you to learn and grow!
