About the opportunity :
- Full-time, permanent position
- Based in North Sydney
In this high-impact, strategic role, you will:
- Own and drive oOh!’s international revenue strategy, leading commercial growth and client acquisition across key global markets.
- Build and expand agency and brand partnerships globally — with a strong focus on media hubs such as London, New York, Singapore and Dubai.
- Serve as the primary contact for all international client engagement, managing large-scale briefs and representing oOh! in competitive global pitch environments.
- Collaborate closely with local teams — including sales, product, insights, operations and delivery — to deliver tailored solutions for international buyers.
- Represent oOh! at major global media events and trade forums, hosting in-person meetings and presenting our value proposition in-market.
- Develop and manage a high-value international pipeline, identifying opportunities aligned to oOh!’s growth strategy and network capabilities.
- Provide international market intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies and media packaging.
- Lead and inspire the Australian-based sales team to embed an international mindset and ensure seamless cross-border client experience.
Key responsibilities and experience :
You are a commercially driven international sales leader with:
- A strong track record of success in high-value global media sales, with deep experience selling into international brand and agency clients.
- Expertise in Out of Home media, with up-to-date knowledge of global buying trends and agency structures.
- An established network of senior contacts across global agencies and brands, particularly in the UK, US, Asia and the Middle East.
- Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex, multi-market briefs into scalable media solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and storytelling skills that resonate with C-suite and senior marketers.
- The ability to work autonomously, travel internationally, and represent the business with professionalism and impact.
- Confidence working across cultures, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using media metrics and global planning tools.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and influence teams across borders.
