About the opportunity:
- Permanent Full-Time role
- Based in Melbourne
As a Marketing Executive – Brand Experience at oOh!media, you will play a dynamic, hybrid role supporting both the brand and events streams within the Marketing team. Working within the Revenue & Growth (R&G) department, you will contribute to cohesive and elevated brand experiences across all key customer touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role involving design collaboration, campaign support, content production, and full-cycle event management, ensuring the oOh! brand is represented clearly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
- Design Collaboration & Asset Production: Briefing the in-house design team on production of a wide range of brand assets (video, presentations, social visuals, event materials), and completing minor creative tasks independently using platforms like PowerPoint, Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop.
- Events: Own Melbourne’s internal event space end-to-end, managing all backend bookings, vendor coordination, and on-the-day support support and assist the events team with national events across the year.
- GTM & Campaign Support: Assist in executing go-to-market (GTM) plans for brand, product, and trade initiatives, contributing to the creation and refinement of campaign content like videos and case studies.
- Photography & Video Production: Assist in briefing, copywriting, and storyboarding for photography and video projects, coordinating logistics and approvals.
- Administration: Coordinate email invites, run sheets, itineraries, post-event comms, and support budget tracking and invoice processing.
You Will Also Bring:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a Marketing role.
- Proficiency in the MS Office environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong Soft Skills including Strategic Thinking, Clear Communication, Collaboration, Adaptability, and an excellent Attention to Detail to ensure brand consistency.
- Time & Task Management skills to stay organised and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Highly Desirable: An understanding of the Adobe suite.
