Are you an experienced BMC Helix ITSM Specialist looking to make an impact? We are seeking a dynamic professional to configure, customise, and enhance IT Service Management solutions tailored to client needs. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing BMC Helix ITSM workflows, forms, and reports to drive efficiency and service excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Configure BMC Helix ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Request Management.
  • Customise and optimize BMC Helix ITSM solutions to align with client-specific requirements.
  • Develop and configure workflows, forms, and reports within the BMC Helix platform.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITSM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ITSM processes align with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and governance frameworks.
  • Optimise platform performance and integrate with third-party tools when needed.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience with BMC Helix ITSM or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Expertise in configuring, customising, and optimising ITSM workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices in ITSM implementation.
  • Proven experience in the full lifecycle implementation of BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customising BMC Helix ITSM modules.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimize ITSM operations.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.

 What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with BMC Helix ITSM or similar ITSM tools.
  • Certifications such as BMC Certified Professional – Helix ITSM or ITIL Foundation
  • Full working rights—Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
