Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our growing Projects team in Mississauga, Ontario. 

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Projects, the Project Administrator will provide advanced word processing and document formatting support across all projects and studies, consistently ensuring high quality deliverables in line with our Company approved policy and procedures.

The tasks you'll perform

  • Preparing and formatting project related documents, minutes of meetings and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Compile and edit complex technical documents with a strong focus on formatting, presentation, accuracy, and adherence to spelling and grammar standards within time constraints.
  • Provide support to the Projects team as required, or as directed by Management / Project Directors / Managers.
  • Organize and coordinate monthly project and study review meetings.
  • Attending assigned weekly / monthly project meetings as required.

The expertise you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated and committed to achieving goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple business units.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PDF-XChange editor.
  • Familiarity of Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors and co-workers.
  • Comfortable working with people at all levels within the organization as well as external providers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proactive in seeking and incorporating guidance and feedback provided by subject matter experts.
  • Highly motivated and committed to achieving objectives through continuous professional development.
  • Demonstrates integrity, credibility and strong personal commitment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite related tools.
