Lycopodium Philippines is currently looking for a Document Controller to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. 

Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, this position will involve but not be limited to the following duties:

  • Managing and enforcing the collection, distribution and filing of controlled documents, including the end-to-end processing of controlled documents and correspondence exchanged between the Project Teams and Suppliers (Tenderers, Suppliers, Contractors)
  • Processing controlled documents, including Incoming/outgoing technical deliverables
  • Processing controlled vendor/contractor documents, including Incoming/outgoing technical deliverables
  • Liaising with contractors in submission on VDDLs and providing updated reports of deliverables.
  • Ensuring all Intellectual property (IP) records are kept safe, secure, and accessible when required.
  • Generate and submit reports, including expediting, weekly, and Monthly Reports 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in document control (essential)
  • Basic knowledge in database management system, Aconex, QDMS or ProjectWise or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Aconex Data Management System or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Document Control management of contractors, vendor and Client Liaison
  • Experience on major mining projects.
  • Experience in mining contract strategy interface.
