Senior SAP Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional SAP Analyst with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, FICO, PM, and Procurement to join our engineering team in Mississauga, ON.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations and a deep understanding of the engineering industry's unique requirements.

Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Senior Functional SAP Analyst to join our growing IT team

The tasks you'll perform

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects within the engineering industry.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically FICO, PM, and Procurement, to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA systems
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA developments and industry best practices.

The expertise you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional SAP Analyst with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, FICO, PM, and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of the engineering industry's processes and requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
