This role plays a key part in managing customer relationships, cashflow and the integrity of our financial systems. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys owning the detail and delivering with precision; this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function; covering invoicing, receipting, credit control, reconciliations and customer account support. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Corporate Sales, Retail and eCommerce to ensure timely payments, accurate ledgers and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately invoice wholesale and corporate customers and issue monthly statements
• Perform daily receipting of payments and monitor clearing accounts
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
• Proactively manage aged debt, follow up on overdue accounts, and support collections
• Collaborate with account managers to address payment queries
• Maintain clean ledgers and support treasury with cashflow monitoring
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and assist with audit preparation
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control or similar financial roles
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing ledgers and reconciliations
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with accounting systems and intermediate Excel skills
• A collaborative approach and a passion for getting things right the first time
