We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Brand Manager – Seasons to lead the development and delivery of these key brand moments across the year.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how Australians experience the joy of chocolate during moments that matter most, like Christmas, Easter, Lunar New Year and beyond.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll take ownership of Koko Black’s seasonal brand strategy and campaign delivery, from insight to execution. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that align creative, product, retail and digital teams to deliver impactful, end-to-end seasonal experiences.

This role blends strategic thinking, creative leadership and project management and is perfect for someone with a passion for seasonal storytelling and commercial results.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute the seasonal marketing strategy across the annual calendar
  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of seasonal campaigns and drive NPD. From initial concept and cross-functional alignment through to creative execution, launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Lead the concepting, briefing and creative development of seasonal campaigns in collaboration with in-house and agency partners
  • Partner with teams across Product, Retail, eCommerce and Operations to ensure aligned execution across all channels
  • Manage timelines, budgets and performance metrics across all seasonal initiatives
  • Champion the seasonal customer journey, from awareness through to in-store and digital experience
  • Use data, insights and trend forecasting to inform campaign strategy and content development

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally in retail, FMCG, or creative-led industries
  • A track record in developing and executing high-impact, integrated campaigns
  • Strong creative sensibility paired with commercial awareness and stakeholder influence
  • Experience managing external creative and media agencies
  • Excellent planning, time management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • A passion for creating memorable brand experiences during cultural and seasonal moments
