About the role:
The focus of this role is to deliver an effective end to end talent solution to meet operational resourcing requirements. Being embedded in the blue collar side of the business, you will support resource planning, internal and external talent management, and conduct sourcing and selection to ensure suitable candidates are engaged in our business - all while ensuring our employee experience and diversity and inclusion practices are strengthened.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment services (supported by an administrator)
- Resource planning, and driving initiatives to support our talent strategy (such as apprenticeship programs and our ageing workforce)
- Talent management, through creating and managing talent pools, internal successors and hi-po's to support career development
- Networking and Industry presence by being active in the markets where we can attract and retain talent
We're looking for someone authentic and honest who can support our hiring managers to find the right talent at the right time. Experience in an internal recruitment and/or agency consultant role will be ideal, and knowledge of the Blue Collar, Utilities, Energy or Resources industry sectors would be highly regarded. You should have an ability to understand complex technical information pertaining to roles, and through leveraging technology and administration support, be able to manage high volumes of roles in a fast paced environment.
