About the role:
The key focus of this role is to support the Talent Partners in delivering an effective end to end recruitment service. You will work closely with the team and will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from initial job briefs and writing ads, shortlisting and assessing candidates, arranging interviews and interview guides through to assisting with pre-employment checks and offer generation. Additionally, a focus on the role will be on identifying continuous / process improvement opportunities to streamline operations and minimize waste.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support Talent Partners with end to end recruitment
- Utilise the recruitment database system (Live Hire) to ensure accurate records are maintained for each vacancy
- Refine and implement continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless and effective HR frameworks and processes
- Generate fortnightly recruitment activity reports
- Maintain talent pool and candidate data
We're looking for someone authentic and honest who can support our talent partners to find the right talent at the right time. Experience in administration for an internal recruitment and/or agency consultant role will be ideal, and knowledge of HR or resourcing environments and processes would be highly regarded. You should have an ability to self-start and drive activities to completion, and be able to manage high volumes of roles in a fast paced environment.
