About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager Customer and Commercial, we are looking for a Management Support Officer (MSO) to join our Customer & Commercial team in a permanent, full time position.

This role will be responsible to provide administration support to the General Manager and their People Leaders to help the team to deliver and manage efficient administration required to support transaction processing that meet customer and team outcomes.

The Management Support Officer is responsible for supporting and enhancing the company’s business performance by efficiently carrying out a diverse range of tasks, with a significant focus on back-office execution of financial transactions. This role will also help introduce and influence new ways of working that continually improve the effective operation of the team and the organisation as a whole.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  •  Processing finance transactions using SAP.
  • Provide high level administrative and management services, including coordination of the GM’s schedule (for example, managing and prioritising appointments, meetings, travel and other business requirements), correspondence, and communications,
  • Coordinate the collation of monthly reports from various sources into standard documents,

 

What we’re looking for

You will come with experience as a business support officer in a professional environment and have worked in a progressive and commercially orientated organisation. You will be able to manage and navigate fast paced change where you will have the opportunity to influence and make a positive and lasting contribution.

This role requires you to have extensive experience dealing with highly sensitive issues and strictly confidential matters so the ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality will be a priority.

As a successful communicator, you will also be able to demonstrate your strong interpersonal skills and have a friendly and positive demeanour. You will be excited by the opportunity to work with a group of highly intelligent professionals that are passionate about what they do but also enjoy being able to have fun at work.

 

This role requires you to have an advanced knowledge of SAP and the MS Office suite.
