Overview of our role
The Employee Experience Partner plays a pivotal and inspiring role in championing meaningful, people‑centred workplace experiences.
This role helps shape, deliver and continuously elevate initiatives that uplift our teams — with a strong, values‑led focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging, psychosocial safety, and impactful program delivery.

A little about you
- Experience creating and nurturing people‑centred initiatives that enrich employee experience, wellbeing and inclusion throughout the employee journey.
- A supportive and collaborative partnering style, building warm, trusted relationships that gently guide stakeholders toward people‑focused decisions.
- Comfort working with a wide range of teams, including both corporate and operational (blue‑collar) groups, with understanding and care.
- A thoughtful awareness of employee‑experience principles, with the ability to translate them into practical, accessible and scalable approaches.
- Background contributing to meaningful programs such as diversity, inclusion and belonging, psychosocial safety, culture, EVP or change initiatives.
- A reflective, insight‑informed approach, using employee feedback, engagement patterns and workforce insights to shape and enhance programs.
- Experience supporting agile or cross‑functional teamwork, including nurturing positive relationships with external partners or vendors.
Qualifications / certifications & Skills
- Experience with engagement platforms (CultureAmp etc.)
- A degree in HR, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field, with additional certifications in Change Management, D\&I or Psychosocial Safety welcomed as a supportive bonus.
- A gentle, thoughtful understanding of employee‑experience principles, and what helps create positive, meaningful experiences for all team members.
- Awareness of the broader diversity, inclusion and belonging landscape, paired with an appreciation for emerging practices that foster truly welcoming workplaces.
- Understanding of workforce diversity dynamics, including how to sensitively tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of different employee groups.
- Working knowledge of key legislative requirements influencing DIB—such as Fair Work, WGEA and psychosocial safety obligations—with a focus on nurturing safe, inclusive environments.
- Familiarity with people‑centred change and communication approaches, including interpreting engagement insights and sharing information in ways that feel inclusive, accessible and caring for diverse audiences.
