Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful software solutions and exceptional client experiences?
We’re inviting expressions of interest from professionals who are eager to play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and delivery of our Human Capital Management (HCM) suite to clients across various industries. In this dynamic role, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end project management, overseeing multiple software implementations simultaneously. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure delivery to scope, schedule, and budget—all while maintaining a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Delivering Projects: Take charge of the full lifecycle—from kick-off to go-live—ensuring each implementation is completed on time and within budget.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for clients, aligning their expectations and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate across internal teams to allocate resources, manage timelines, and address project-specific customisations.
- Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, track performance metrics, and apply insights to future projects.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, seek efficiencies, and uphold financial accountability throughout.
- Change Enablement: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful client transitions.
- Post-Implementation Support: Guide clients through post-go-live phases, manage escalations, and conduct retrospectives to refine future implementations.
- Stay Ahead: Bring industry insights to the team, helping us stay at the forefront of best practice delivery.
What you’ll need
- A solid track record of leading and delivering multiple concurrent software implementation projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for managing stakeholders and providing effective client training and updates.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and a clear understanding of software delivery practices.
- A self-starter mindset—you work autonomously, with professionalism and accountability.
Some ‘nice to haves’
- Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Payroll, or HCM software platforms.
