About the Role  

The Senior Marketing Specialist is a key driver of high‑impact marketing activity that supports Esri Australia’s growth. This role is responsible for the delivery of integrated campaigns and go‑to‑market initiatives, working closely with Sales and cross‑functional teams to drive pipeline, customer acquisition, and measurable results. With a strong focus on data, audience insight, and execution, this position turns strategy into effective, multi‑channel programs while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance across all marketing outputs.

Here’s what a typical day will look like:

  • Deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, from planning through to execution and optimisation.
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to priority customer segments.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing activity supports revenue, pipeline, and acquisition goals.
  • Drive demand generation and support conversion through targeted campaigns and lead flows.
  • Work collaboratively with communications, digital, events, and external agency partners to deliver cohesive, high‑quality campaigns.
  • Build strong internal relationships to understand product offerings, customer needs, and industry opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights on audience behaviour, channel effectiveness, and return on marketing investment.

About You

To be successful you will need to bring along: 

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years’ B2B marketing experience in a corporate environment, with proven end‑to‑end delivery of integrated, multichannel go‑to‑market campaigns.
  • Practical understanding of the interplay between marketing, sales, and the customer buying journey.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder skills, experience working across teams and with agencies.
  • Data‑driven, strategic mindset with the ability to interpret insights and optimise activity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at pace and maintain high quality.
  • Experience in HubSpot and/or Asana is advantageous.
  • You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
