About the Role 

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves tackling new challenges. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts – supporting strategy, launching innovative campaigns, and analysing marketing performance across the organisation. You’ll support our HubSpot adoption, energise lead generation, and bring lead nurturing activities to life, all while making a tangible impact on how we connect with our audiences. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will leverage HubSpot for marketing automation, including email campaigns and workflow design. You will support social media efforts and coordinate with the content team to maintain a vibrant presence across 20 different accounts. Additionally, you will create and optimize data reports to drive informed decisions and ensure high-quality data governance. Your role will also involve working with internal teams to deliver impactful newsletters. 

You will collaborate closely with the Digital, the GTM and demand generation, events and integrated communications teams in Australia and South Asia to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable results. About You  

You're passionate about B2B marketing, excelling at crafting email programs that convert prospects into loyal customers. You enjoy creating strategies that resonate with professional audiences and drive results.

Curiosity drives you. You dive into data, analyse email campaigns, and optimise social media programs, always seeking improvement and value. 

Your open-minded approach and people skills make you an asset. You're great at marketing and building relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers. 

What we need from you:  

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (agency or in-house). 
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or advertising (digital marketing qualification preferred). 
  • Proficient with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), SEO analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush), Website Content Management Systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), and Google Analytics. 
  • Experience in creating organic social media content and using scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot). 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. 
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Adobe Suite. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. 
  • You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
