** The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Advisor, Change Management to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge and change management expertise to coordinate and deliver impactful changes to GDS employees. Your efforts will help prepare them for the transition to new enterprise tools and functionalities, while supporting GDS integration and cross-functional activities. You will work collaboratively with USUI team members and key stakeholders within GDS to ensure the successful implementation of key solutions, minimizing disruption and maintaining the safe and reliable operation of our core business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide change management support for GDS Key Initiatives and USUI, focusing on the implementation of ERP and Business Apps with utility integration.
  • Offer technical knowledge to understand and capture detailed change impacts, translating them into meaningful insights for stakeholders and their leaders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication messages, mediums, toolkits, and training content.
  • Assist in creating communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management strategies to facilitate effective transitions and increase user adoption.
  • Collaborate with USUI team and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop resistance management plans.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation and resistance management tactics.
  • Track feedback and insights from stakeholders and employees to inform change management plans and training needs.
  • Engage in the development, preparation, and delivery of training to support successful adoption of new platforms and work processes.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience or an equivalent mix of formal education and demonstrated results in Operations, Construction, Asset Management, Work Management, or Engineering.
  • Robust knowledge of the organization’s frontline operations and supporting work processes.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, and SharePoint.
