What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Network Area Manager – Sydney, you will lead and support our Trade Store network across a flexible Sydney territory, expected to be structured east–west rather than north–south, with Padstow suggested as a central home base. In this role, you’ll inspire and develop high-performing teams while using data-driven insights to drive strategic sales growth and strengthen a customer-first culture. You will oversee store operations with a strong focus on service excellence, safety, compliance, and commercial performance. Supported by cross-functional partners in safety, supply chain, logistics, and sales, you’ll have the capability and autonomy to deliver meaningful results across your region. If you thrive in a leadership role that blends strategic thinking, hands-on involvement, and strong stakeholder engagement, this is an exciting next step.

- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to leverage customer insights and data to drive sales performance and decision making
- Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders across safety, logistics, supply chain, and other support functions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and business growth
