Your Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to join our Malaga manufacturing site in a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Maintenance Engineer on site, working closely with our existing maintenance technician to maintain, improve and upgrade a range of manufacturing equipment.
If you enjoy being on the tools, solving real problems, and seeing your engineering ideas implemented on the floor, this role will suit you.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance of manufacturing equipment, while also supporting and running engineering improvement projects across the site.
You’ll work on a range of equipment including presses, punching machines, guillotines and production line machinery, with a strong focus on mechanical maintenance and continuous improvement.
This role is site‑based, Monday to Friday, and offers stability, work–life balance and the chance to make a real impact. If you’re an engineer looking to step away from FIFO or long shifts and into a stable, hands‑on site role where your work genuinely makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
