The Role

We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Casual Sales Associates during our peak trading period. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and help our customers find the perfect gift or personal treat.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build genuine relationships
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Uphold Coach’s brand values and standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion retail is a plus)
• A passion for fashion, style, and delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including early mornings and late nights
