About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the Coach brand—delivering personalised service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every guest leaves with something they love. You’ll work closely with your team to achieve store goals while maintaining Coach’s premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience
- Drive sales to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets
- Maintain product knowledge across all Coach collections
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory tasks
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-energy store culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or fashion retail is a plus)
- A true passion for fashion, accessories, and customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude!
- Structured set roster ( 37.5 hours per week)
