The Role

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our Birkenhead Point Outlet team. You will play a key role in delivering meaningful moments for every customer while supporting the store to achieve sales and operational goals.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, and personalised in-store experience for every guest
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and offering thoughtful product recommendations
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support stock management, replenishment, and back-of-house operations
• Uphold Coach brand values, policies, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed store KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
• A genuine passion for fashion, premium accessories, and client connection
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, positive, and hands-on attitude
• Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
