What You’ll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive, and premium customer service
• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
• Support customers with styling, product knowledge and gifting
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock processes, replenishment and POS operations
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets
• Represent COACH with pride, professionalism, and authenticity
