Your Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an elevated customer experience, drive sales, and represent the Coach brand with pride. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and build meaningful relationships with clients
• Achieve individual and team sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support store operations including stock management and replenishment
• Uphold Coach’s brand values and ensure a welcoming store environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion and luxury brands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Structured roster ( Tuesday Saturday or Sunday to Thursday)
