We have an opportunity for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our dynamic and diverse Foster Care team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our operations - providing seamless administrative support that empowers our team to positively impact the lives of children and families.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle clerical tasks like file management, invoicing, data entry, minute-taking and stock ordering
  • Assist in coordinating Foster Care events
  • Engage in learning opportunities to deliver safe, culturally responsive services

What do you need to bring?

  •   Proficient in Microsoft software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  •  A commitment to culturally responsive practices

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience

Special Conditions

  • National Police History Check / Working With Children Check
