Who are we looking for?

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for your next challenge?

Join our dynamic People & Culture team as a People Partner supporting our Aged Care portfolio, a customer focused area offering Residential Aged Care and Community Aged Care Services.

You will work closely with leaders to build capability, lead case management and investigations, drive employee engagement and retention strategies, and support change initiatives aligned to strategic workforce goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and brings sound judgement, empathy, and a proactive mindset to every interaction. This is an autonomous role with significant diversity in your daily work.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Partnering with leaders to deliver a safe and inclusive workplace that reflects AnglicareSA’s values.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases including misconduct, performance, fitness for work, and grievances.
  • Driving engagement and retention strategies by understanding turnover trends and implementing proactive solutions.
  • Identifying capability gaps and advising on learning and development initiatives in collaboration with L&D.
  • Leading compliant change projects, including restructures, rostering changes, and workforce realignment.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a HR Partnering or Advisory role, preferably in aged care, health, or complex service environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to influence and guide leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
