Who are we looking for?
Due to program growth, we are on the lookout for a proactive and people focused Senior Youth Worker to join our Launch 180 , Supported Independent Living Services (SILS) program.
In this role, you will provide individualised case management that is flexible, strengths-based, and youth led. You will walk alongside young people as they move towards independence supporting them with their goals and encouraging them to dream big.
You will walk alongside young people on their unique journeys – supporting healing, growth, and self-discovery every step of the way. This role is about connection, not direction. You’ll be out and about, meeting young people where they are – in their homes and in community , working to build strong rapport, offering encouragement, and helping them move toward the future they envision for themselves. It’s not about fixing or leading; it’s about empowering. We’re looking for compassionate, committed people to join our youth-focused team. People who believe in strength, potential, and resilience of every young person.
AnglicareSA’s SILS properties are located across Adelaide, from the southern to northern suburbs. In this role, you will begin and end each shift at our Plympton Park base. To support your home visits, you will have access to the AnglicareSA vehicle fleet – so there is no need to use your own car!
As a bonus, our Plympton Park office is also home to a friendly Golden Retriever who brings comfort and joy to the young people in our program.
This is a role where you can be creative, have fun and celebrate the big and small wins along the way. If you are looking for a rewarding role that helps young people shape their future with confidence, we would love to hear from you.

- Support young people transitioning from care as they take steps toward living independently
- Provide flexible, youth centered case management that adapts to each young person’s strengths and goals
