Who are we looking for?
Interested in building your knowledge of Safety, Quality & Risk? Join us as Safety, Quality and Risk Committee Coordinator and use your administrative skills to support a leading for-purpose organisation helping South Australians in need.
You'll be a strong administrator, executive assistant, personal assistant or similar professional who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, an understanding and proven capability of minute-taking for complex subject matter, and a high level of coordination skills for a variety of stakeholder and management levels.
You will have attention to detail, excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, and ability to use multiple platforms including SharePoint to maintain records and documentation.
With this experience, you will be equipped to perform administrative and coordination support for several Safety, Quality and Risk (SQR) committees. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, setting and distributing agendas, and proactively communicating with committee members to ensure delivery of desired outcomes.
What can you expect to be doing?
- Take clear and comprehensive minutes from each meeting
- Ensure that minutes from each committee meeting is prepared and distributed within required timeframes.
- Coordinating, attending and providing agendas, minutes and objectives for quarterly and monthly committee meetings.
- Support, coordinate and manage committee members to complete assigned actions within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate and schedule committee meetings, send reminders, and communicate with members to confirm attendance/proxy assignment.
- Provide clear and effective communication and administrative support to Business Partners and committee Chairs.
What do you need to bring?
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proven experience and understanding of taking quality meeting minutes.
- Experience in developing strong collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Desirable: Certification in administration such as Office or Business Administration and knowledge of Safety, Quality and Risk Management.
- Proven experience and understanding of SharePoint and Power Bi is highly regarded.
