Summary:
Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support complex technical manufacturing tasks in a Class III medical device environment. This role requires strong knowledge of process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), risk assessments, and process controls, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. Candidate must have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting using Lean, Six Sigma, and GMP methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within Class III medical devices
- Hands-on experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Strong understanding of risk assessments and process controls
- Experience managing project timelines, working with cross-functional teams, and handling supplier changes
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and GMP methodologies
- Must have experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Medical device industry experience is mandatory
- Candidates from other industries (e.g., aerospace, pharma) will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or similar
- Experience with automation or digital manufacturing tools
