Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Material Handling Associate to support our manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with data and paperwork, and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help ensure production paperwork is accurate, materials are properly verified, and data is entered correctly to support daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute shop floor paperwork for various manufacturing processes
- Review, correct, and transfer production paperwork as needed
- Assist the production floor with material verification and basic material handling tasks
- Enter production and process data accurately into tracking systems
- Support Operations and Manufacturing Engineers by collecting and organizing data for improvement projects
- File, organize, and maintain production and process documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize paperwork and maintain filing systems
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with production and engineering teams
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Power BI or other data/reporting tools
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production support roles
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work will be performed partially in an office setting and partially on the production floor (Clean Rooms)
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform light material handling as needed
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
